Secret Hitler is a dramatic game of political intrigue and betrayal set in 1930s Germany where players are secretly assigned to be liberals or fascists. The fascists coordinate to sow distrust and install their charismatic leader, while the liberals must find and stop them before it's too late.

The Verdict
based on 23 reviews
“If it's not obvious enough I love this game. I've bought a lot of games this year and Secret Hitler is one of my favourite. It always goes down well and the production is off the chart.”
“This game is a lot of fun to play. I probably would have put it higher on my list, but simply because of the title, I feel like there's a little bit of a stigma that could go with that, and so it's - it's a fun one. It's worth experiencing.”
“It's intense and exciting, and often with a big ending as you find out who betrayed you. It will get heated, and it's not an experience for everyone, but if you want a raucous time with a big group of friends, this is a surefire way to make you feel a lot less isolated.”
“I love this game is so much fun we I had such a good time laughing around its game yeah some some really fun situations that you know can appear here”
“I feel like this is a really really strong social deduction party game and I think that this one title or no title and I don't agreee with the title this one is a winner I give it an awesomeness rating of nine”(7:22)
“Secret Hitler is an easy recommendation for those looking for a social deduction game. It's my personal favorite, and its quickly-graspable rules and short playtime keep me coming back again and again.”
“Whether you need a break from long board games, want something to argue about, or just want something new to add to your collection, Secret Hitler is definitely one I will be playing for years to come.”
“Secret Hitler, absolutely fun, my favorite game of social deduction for the time being - again, my time, as time goes by, make Simon may cool down a little bit, but I think this is gonna be, in any case, one game of social action that is gonna be right there ranking with the best ones.”(23:23)
“I actually, I just want to talk about the game mechanisms and uh the fact that I really really enjoy this game. Uh this is going to end up being one of my favorite regular rotation secret role party games, for sure.”(9:01)
“I really really enjoyed secret Hitler quite a bit um I I really don't have anything negative to say about this game other than again it may be a little too similar to the resistance”(6:40)
“Cleverly twisting the social deduction genre into a new form, Secret Hitler is a fantastic excuse to lie to your friends for both newcomers and category diehards alike. It's accessible, brilliantly themed and - best of all - leads to exactly the right level of tension, analysis and outright joy.”
“Secret Hitler is a great game, a really enjoyable game of social deduction, but I don't think it would be anywhere close to its prominence were it to have an inoffensive theme.”
