The Verdict
based on 20 reviews
“Mysterium part for me gets a distinction level 10 out of 10. if you like mysterium you're gonna like this if you have never played mysterium then this is like the perfect entry point”(20:57)
“I think Mysterium Park is a little bit creepier than Mysterium, really, I think in general that creepy carnival like concept is creepier to me than a lot of other things, like an abandoned carnival with like the carnival music, the carnival music creeps me out, yeah, little like creepy doll.”
“The original Mysterium remains one of my top deduction games, but Mysterium Park has, by and large, replaced it thanks to simplified mechanics and a better ending.”
“This is just all around better it's just a better game it's a smaller package it's tighter it has less weirdness in some of the you know like push your luck kind of guessing things it just arrives at the conclusion fast F and gets to the core experience which I really like”
“Which is that I, and all who I play it with, love it. It truly is a great game; my criticalness may just be masked bitterness as I am prone to an element of drama by using the ghost screen that has been excluded from Mysterium Park.”
“I like this a lot i like this better than mysterium i don't see any reason to own mysterium when you own this the only thing is like it looks better but it's not often you need that so this is a very good game i'm gonna give it an eight i think it's a very good game”(16:17)
“All in all this is this is a really great they really did a good job like streamlining it this this is it has the feel of mysterium it's the whole core purpose of the game is still here”(33:46)
“I would probably give more like an 8.5. Okay, um, I think I'd give it an eight. I enjoyed it, it's fun. Yeah, um, I would also think, I, I would also give it an eight.”(13:30)
“So there you have it, Mysterium Park: it's the version to go for if you're in any doubt. Yes, the original has a cool clock sort of thing that you can use to test rounds, but this one's just so much more streamlined, it's a much easier experience to get to the table.”(4:49)
“It's a really interesting game, and one that I quite enjoyed. The cards themselves are really beautiful, and the idea behind them is really fun.”
“Mysterium parks has a much shorter setup time and playtime which means that i will always choose mysterium park over mysterium anytime i get it out to play”(6:27)
“Mysterium Park is definitely going to be the go to Mysterium game in our family. It's small, quick to set up and play and is just as much fun as the original. I'm still keeping both in the collection.”
