With American Monsters, Ravensburger took everything that was great about Horrified and tweaked it just enough to make it feel like it should—part of a franchise. If you want a good cooperative game that offers a lot of replay value, plus has some great artwork and a monster-based theme that isn’t too scary for slightly younger family members, then you can’t go wrong with either Horrified title.
