“Personally I probably prefer the original a little more since it is not as cutthroat but Europe is also a great game and I plan on playing it as a change of pace from the original. If you have played the original Ticket to Ride and didn't enjoy it, I can't imagine Europe changing your mind.”

“However, Ticket to Ride: Europe takes the original game and, in my opinion, makes it better than any of the other editions. The core game play of Ticket to Ride is very intuitive and accessible to new players, but still has some strategic elements to keep hardcore board gamers engaged.”

“Placing down your little trains is lovely, introducing newcomers to it is joyous, wrapping up that agonisingly long route is thrilling. It looks good on the table and feels good in the hand, whilst scratching that light gaming itch in the brain.”

“My number eight is one of the games I would 100 recommend two brand new players, people trying to get into the hobby, maybe not the exact version that I've got on my list, but Ticket to Ride as a family of games is just, it's in super intuitive, super easy to explain.”

“While Europe is a great game (and in my opinion, even better than the original Ticket to Ride), there's probably not enough new here to justify another purchase.”

“As a family game, Ticket to Ride – Europe is superior to the original as it includes stations that allow you to use other players' routes. This prevents much of the frustration that could impact an otherwise fun family game night.”

“I personally see Europe as the better pick of them because it does have a more interesting map, and while tunnels are frustrating, they are interesting. So once again, this is a game ideally suited for casual gamers and families.”(2:53)

“Really fun version it's the most popular version uh except for the base original game this is not an expansion you can play this by itself without the other game so really really fun i really like the larger cards and this rule those are the two main changes”(4:32)
